Stephen Herold is the Digital Experience & Design Leader for IBM iX in Switzerland. He leads the discovery and definition phases of projects for industrial, consumer goods and financial service companies, as well as internal IBM initiatives. Prior to joining IBM, he worked on both the agency and business sides, creating and managing user experiences for brands from various industries including consumer goods, telecom, pharmaceutical and insurance.
